Escrow Officer 530-885-7722 office, 530-885-1592 fax. Liisa is excellent,
provides closing statements as part of offers, counter, within days of
escrow opening, and revisions. Placer Title offers title and escrow savings
to Sellers & Buyers on separating the "personal property" park-owned units
(mobile home or RV) from the "real property" on the purchase price. Placer
Title will base the "price" to calculate the title, escrow, CLTA & ALTA
insurance fees. Take purchase price subtract from "personal property" =
"price " that Placer Title will use to calculate the fees ... THIS SAVES
SELLERS & BUYERS MONEY ON TITLE COMPANY'S FEES !
